with Roquefort

Steak Recipe:
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. of flank steak per person
spicy French dressing
1 Tbsp. Roquefort cheese
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. brandy
2 Tbsp. chives, minced
Method:
Ask butcher to tenderize meat twice.
Marinate in spicy French dressing overnight.
Mix together cheese, brandy, butter and chives.
Place meat on hot coals, sear three minutes per side and cover steak
with
cheese mixture prior to serving.
