4 sm. potatoes, pared & cut into
halves
1 c. sliced celery
2 oz. cans Hunt’s tomato sauce with
mushrooms
1 c. water
Combine the flour, pepper, salt, and paprika in paper bag.
Start dropping in the beef, one portion at a time.
Shake the paper bag until everything is coated.
Mix all of this with the Wesson oil in a large casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir once.
Add the vegetables, Hunt’s sauce and water. MAke sure to mix this well.
Cover the casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 3/4 hours or until done.
