Beef Stroganoff Recipe

Simple Beef Stroganoff

1 to 2 lbs. beef tenderloin
1 kg. mushrooms, sliced
1 kg. Lawry’s/Schilling stroganoff seasoning
16 to 18 oz. sour cream
1 onion, sliced
4 to 5 tbsp. butter

In a dutch oven, cook the tenderloin beef with butter and onions
until the meat is tender. (Add water if necessary)
You should getabout 1 1/2 to 2 cups of broth from the beef.
Add seasoning mix, mushrooms and sour cream.
Cook until mushrooms are tender.
Serve over egg noodles.
