Ground Beef Stroganoff Recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. stroganoff noodles
1 sm. onion
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 can beef broth
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. flour

Brown the onion and beef in the same pan until the onion is tender.
Add 1/2 of the can of beef broth, ketchup salt and mushrooms.
Next, mix the flour with remaining beef broth and add to the
ground beef mixture.
Fold sour cream. Heat thoroughly.
Serve over buttered stroganoff noodles.
