Blue Cheese Club
Steak Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 tb Olive oil
4 (6oz) club steaks
1 c Finely chopped red onion
2 Cloves garlic; chopped
1/2 c Beef broth
1/2 c Blue cheese dressing
2 oz Blue cheese; crumbled
Method:
Cook the Club Steaks in oil about 2 minutes on each side.
Remove to a platter and keep warm.
Now add the onion and garlic to pan and saute 3 minutes.
Add broth, cook 1 1/2 minutes to reduce slightly.
Remove from heat, stir in dressing.
Spoon about 1/4 cup sauce on each steak and top with
crumbled blue cheese.
If the steak is not warm enough for the cheese to melt,
microwave the blue cheese steak on high for 30 to 45 seconds
or until the cheese melted.
