Stroganoff in Crock Pot Recipe

Pot Beef Stroganoff | Beef Stew:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 to 2 lbs stew meat
1 cup chopped onion
10 3/4 oz. can condensed golden mushroom soup
10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of onion soup
6 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
8 oz. carton sour cream
Hot, cooked noodles or rice
Method:
Combine all ingredients except cream cheese and sour cream in crock
pot;
Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours, until beef is very tender.
During last 20 minutes of cooking stir in cream cheese and sour cream.
Stir until cheese is melted and well blended.
Serve over hot noodles or rice.
