Beef Recipe Ingredients:
3lb. lean ground beef
4 slices bacon cut into small pieces (remove rind)
1
crushed garlic clove
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
4 tablespoons red wine
2 teaspoon french mustard
half teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground)
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 teaspoon salt
Free Beef Loaf Recipe Procedure:
Put the lean ground beef, thyme, salt, small bacon pieces, pepper, mustard,
garlic, vinegar, and wine in a large mixing bowl and mix the ingredients
well. Leave this beef loaf mix in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Preheat your oven to 325f / 170c.
Grease a 2-pound loaf tin with the olive oil by using a pastry brush.
Att the ground beef mixture into the loaf tin.
Now, put the filled loaf tin into into a large bakin pan filled with
water. Place the pan in the center of the oven and leave there for 90
minutes. (Note: Cover the tin with foil after 60 minutes, to prevent
ground beef meat from drying out.)
Remove from oven (after 90 minutes) and leave to cool down. (About 60
minutes). Unmould the beef loaf (remove from loaf tin) and wrap the
cool ground bee loaf and let chill in your refrigerator for at least
6 hours before serving.
