1/2 cups barbecue sauce; divided
1/2 cup apricot jam
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 lbs. boneless country style pork spareribs

Beef Recipes -> Crockpot Method:
Combine 3/4 cup of barbeque sauce, apricot jam and soy sauce.
Place ribs in crockpot.
Pour sauce over ribs. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-9 hours. Stir in remaining barbecue sauce15 minutes before serving.
Cover
and cook an additional 15 minutes until heated through.
