Mexican Beef Casserole Recipe

Beef Casserole Ingredients:
2 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 med. onion, chopped
6-8 flour tortillas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (7 oz.) can chopped green chiles


Beef Casserole Instructions:
Saute ground beef until brown. Drain off fat. Add onions and cook until tender.
Add soups and 1/2 cup water.
Line bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish with 3 broken tortillas.
Cover with half of ground beef meat mixture, then half of chiles and half of cheese.
Use rest of tortillas for next layer, then meat, chiles and cheese.

Bake at 325 degrees for 30-45 minutes until hot.

Note: This is a delicious recipe for Mexican Ground Beef Beef Casserole! If it is too spicy to your liking, then just cut back on the chiles. I don't know if it will still be a mexican beef casserole, but it should taste good.
