Mexican Beef Roast Recipe

beef recipe Ingredients:
4 1/2-5 lb. beef chuck roast
1 (8 oz.) can diced green chili
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
2 cloves garlic
Salt & cayenne pepper to taste
Beef
roast recipe instructions:
Put
all ingredients over beef roast. Cover pan.
Place in oven at 325 degrees for 4 hours.
Serve with flour tortillas. Serves 10-12.
Note: This is a very easy recipe for a perfect Mexican Beef Roast!
If it is too spicy for your tastebuds, then just add half of the
chiles. If it's not spicy enough for you, then double the chiles and
chili powder.
This beef roast recipe is definitely worth a try.
